Shipping Policy

1. Shipping areas

We ship throughout Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and, subject to availability, to the rest of the European Union. If your country does not appear at checkout, contact us at trioletvintage@gmail.com and we'll let you know whether we can ship to you.

2. Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery times

These times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, peak periods (sales, holidays) or causes beyond our control.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your destination and shown clearly before you confirm your order, at checkout. Any promotions, such as free shipping over a certain amount, will be indicated on the website when active.

To be confirmed by the client: set your exact shipping rates, the carrier and any free-shipping threshold in WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping. The rates shown at checkout will then appear here automatically.

5. In-store pickup

You can also choose free in-store pickup at our shop in Malasaña: Corredera Alta de San Pablo, 18, 28004 Madrid, during opening hours (Mon–Thu & Sun 11:00–21:30, Fri & Sat 11:00–22:00). We'll email you when your order is ready to collect.

6. Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email. If the chosen shipping method includes tracking, we'll add the tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

7. Failed deliveries & incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it could not be delivered, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping; additional shipping costs may apply.

8. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at trioletvintage@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
