1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To do so, simply notify us of your decision before the deadline.

2. How to request a return

  1. Email us at trioletvintage@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We'll reply with the return instructions and the address to send the item to.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back within 14 days of notifying us.

3. Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with any original tags. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature and characteristics.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll confirm the refund by email. We'll refund the amount paid for the product using the same payment method you used, within a maximum of 14 calendar days. In a standard withdrawal, the original standard shipping cost is also refunded; the cost of returning the item is borne by the customer (see section 6).

5. Exchanges

As most of our items are unique vintage pieces, we cannot usually offer a direct exchange for a different size or colour. If you'd like a different item, the simplest option is to return the original (under this policy) and place a new order.

6. Return shipping costs

  • Withdrawal / change of mind: return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Defective, damaged or incorrect item: if the item arrived faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong product, we cover the full cost of the return and the replacement or refund.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is defective or does not match your order, contact us within a reasonable time at trioletvintage@gmail.com, ideally with photos. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction or full refund, as appropriate, at no cost to you.

8. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items excluded by law (for example, sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, such as earrings). Any such exception will be indicated on the relevant product page.

Statutory model withdrawal form: "I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods: [item], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]." You can include this text in your email or send it separately.
