Processing time<\/h2>\r\n <p>Orders are prepared and dispatched within <strong>1 to 3 business days<\/strong> of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h2>3. Shipping costs<\/h2>\r\n <p>Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your destination and shown clearly <strong>before you confirm your order<\/strong>, at checkout. Any promotions, such as free shipping over a certain amount, will be indicated on the website when active.<\/p>\r\n <div class=\"note\"><strong>To be confirmed by the client:<\/strong> set your exact shipping rates, the carrier and any free-shipping threshold in WooCommerce \u2192 Settings \u2192 Shipping. The rates shown at checkout will then appear here automatically.<\/div>\r\n\r\n <h2>5. In-store pickup<\/h2>\r\n <p>You can also choose <strong>free in-store pickup<\/strong> at our shop in Malasa\u00f1a: Corredera Alta de San Pablo, 18, 28004 Madrid, during opening hours (Mon\u2013Thu & Sun 11:00\u201321:30, Fri & Sat 11:00\u201322:00). We'll email you when your order is ready to collect.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h2>6. Order tracking<\/h2>\r\n <p>When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email. If the chosen shipping method includes tracking, we'll add the tracking number so you can follow your parcel.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h2>7. Failed deliveries & incorrect addresses<\/h2>\r\n <p>Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it could not be delivered, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping; additional shipping costs may apply.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h2>8.
