About the products

Are the items second-hand?

Yes. At Triolet Vintage we work exclusively with hand-picked vintage and second-hand clothing and accessories, from the 1970s to the 2000s. We believe in circular, sustainable fashion: giving unique pieces a second life.

What condition are the items in?

Every piece is checked and cleaned before going on sale. As these are vintage items, they may show small signs of wear consistent with their age. If a garment has any relevant detail (a small mark, a repaired seam, etc.), we point it out in the product description and/or photos.

Is each item unique?

Yes. Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind: there is only one unit of each item. That means once something sells, we usually can't restock it. If you love a piece, we recommend not waiting too long.

How do I know which size to choose?

Vintage sizing often differs from modern sizing, so for each product we list the actual measurements of the garment (chest, waist, length, etc.). We suggest comparing those measurements with a similar item you already own. If in doubt, email us at trioletvintage@gmail.com and we'll help.

Orders & payments

How do I place an order?

Add the items you want to the cart, click "Checkout", enter your shipping details and choose a payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email with the summary of your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and the secure payment methods enabled at checkout. All payments are processed securely and encrypted; Triolet Vintage never stores your card details.

Is it safe to pay on the website?

Yes. The store uses a secure connection (SSL/HTTPS) and certified payment gateways. Your card details travel encrypted and are not stored on our servers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at trioletvintage@gmail.com with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and, subject to availability, to the rest of the European Union. See the details in our Shipping Policy.

How long will my order take?

We prepare orders within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days within mainland Spain once shipped. Deliveries to the islands or abroad may take a little longer.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. If you prefer, you can select in-store pickup at our physical shop in Malasaña (Corredera Alta de San Pablo, 18, Madrid) during our opening hours, with no shipping costs.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information (if the shipping method includes it) so you can follow its status.

Returns & refunds

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. See the steps and conditions in our Returns Policy.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Unless the item arrived defective or was sent in error on our part, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We explain all cases in the Returns Policy.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
